Do you have a keen interest in the LEGO Group’s products, toys and cartoons? And would you like to have design responsibility for the graphic process on our models, minifigures, decorations and labels from start to finish? If so, then the Graphic Designer position in our Graphic Lab is probably what you are looking for.

You will become part of the development area of the LEGO Group, and you will take part in the development of graphics for one or more product lines. You will join a group of 6 dedicated graphic designers in Billund, Denmark, in the heart of the organisation where all LEGO models sold worldwide are created.......

The deadline for "The Colossal Castle Contest VI" submisisons is drawing close! (Dec 31st)

There is a variety of categories each with one prize for the winner. Specifically, you customizers should be interested in the CUSTOM CASTLE FIGURE category.

"Create a realistic or fantasy customized castle figure. You may use modified bricks, custom accessories, and/or stickers. Ideas include knights, monks, peasants, wizards, elves, and fairies."

A great contest with a chance to pit your customs against some of the best. Good luck to all!

Jedi Springs Into the Spotlight

MCN member Rick Rick's Hist-O-Fig community project idea went off with out a hitch. Jedi Spring's Charlemagne was chosen as the top notch contender entry. Congrats to all who entered and kept the community project going smoothly.

NickGreat's latest endeavor shows us all there is nothing you can't accomplish with skill, patience and a large ensemble of Japanese animated characters. No less than nine complete distinct customs graced our forums thanks to him. The project was novel in it's own right, but the one-day-at-a-time revelations kept us all atingle for 9 days. A very inspirational project indeed Nick!
