Vincent is a mysterious person shrouded in darkness. He sits in the bottom of the Shinra Mansion, feeling guilty and reflecting on his past incompetence. He used to be a Turk, but was altered and has many new abilities, including limited flight and the ability to morph into a beast. He is a poetic, melancholy man who knows more about Shinra than others would even dream of.
