Well this minifig took me less time then any other minfigs, but this minfig's decal took me so long to do in corel draw, it was like four days (not straight obisously).  The cape was my own design and I had to customize capes that I printed off from the internet, I made the cape by adding another 90 degrees to it and put in another hole. The torso was from the Emperor and yea I would say thats it anyone could make this and be my guest if you want to!!
