This is Anakin Skywalker improved with an armband decal, a custom lightsaber, and a yellow face. (done with a sharpie marker)
The lightsaber is made using parts from a Little Armory gun, cut-to-shape flex tube, and misc. peices of chrome. The blade and flex tube are cut so that they match up perfectly.
