Lego lines you'd like to see.

 

I'd like to see Lego do special limited lines on the following.

Lego 300

Lego Lord of the Rings trilogy

Lego Aliens

Lego Halo

Lego Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy

Lego Metal Gear Solid

Lego Military line or at least a Lego ED-209 from Robocop!  : )

I would like to see a lego naruto line.... Though its not totaly appropreate for little kids... but still the little ninja stars and kunai.

There have been a quite a few good ideas mentioned in this post.

Personally I would like to see a LOTR line, but I don't think the public eyes it as a classic anymore, and is very unlikely to be revived by TLG.

Pokemon also is an interesting one, as I have seen on a trip to Japan a Mega-Blocks line of it. It would probably need modified parts to make the pokemon.

What I would most like to see is a "Prince of Persia" game line. The game line isn't yet dead, so there is still a chance.

I only liked dino attack because the fact that they are probably the closest thing to modern warefare minifigs, the whole dino story line was kinda stupid(no offense to any1 who likes dino attack alot), yeah amagon's idea of the matrix would be pretty cool, though highly unlikely to be made!

THE MATRIX!!!! make sets with APUs and stuff in it. the thing is the matrix trilogy is rated R and lego only does stuff suitable for kids.

I don't know Urban Warrior. I guess it's an okay idea, but it's a little too much like the knights or Exo Force kind of thing. It's not a bad idea though. And the lego company has never been big on making sets with really really large amounts of soldiers in them.

No offense to anyone, but I never realy payed much attention to the dino attack series.

What about a command and conquer line?  That would be interesting;)

The ting is, the more lego makes the lines, the less the creators do, and then that means less creativity. Unless I get to watch the master customizers create MOC's or WIPs that are better then the lego line's I'll be satisfied.

Armoured Core would be cool, Lego definitely needs to make more Mechas.  What about Warhammer 40K? There would be all sorts of tanks, walkers and ships in great colours, along with some sweet minifigs like Tau and Space Marines.

Well, now that I have it on the mind, a better mech series would be nice.  Exo-force (in my opinion) was a little...dorky.  the robot minifigs were ok, but the mechs could have been a little better.  If they based it off Mech Warrior than I think the quality of the mechs would be much better

I think I hatched an idea or two.... I like all of these suggestions, I think that Lord of the rings  would most likely be a series of sets out of all of these.

Yes, I'd rather have all these mentioned subjects as customs that one my my peers made rather than the Lego company. If the lego company does it, it won't be as creative nor will it be as interesting. They are good with the Star Wars line (partially), I'll give you that.

My idea is for a World Leaders line.

For example, Teddy Roosevelt. His set could be during his African Safari. It would be him, many jungle plants, and an elephant. He would probably have to have new head and torso decals, maybe an Indiana Jones-style fedora, and the Winchester Rifle.

Well most of these are as child friendly as the lines Lego has already put out. The exception would be 300, though its "educational" because it is historical too. Most everything else I've listed has already been marketed to children one way or another, so shouldn't be a problem for Lego.

 

I thought of another really cool line Lego should do. Especially with the demise of Exo-Force, and seeing the great job MegaB is doing with the Gundam suits. Lego should get the.......

MechWarrior/BattleTech lisence!  So cool to see the little pilots in their Madcats and Jenners etc.

I think "The Mummy" legos would be kind of cool.  The legos would like a mix of Johnny Thunder and Indiana Jones. You could make good sets like the battle at the beginning of the first movie or the excavation of the tomb. Maybe for the second movie you could have the battle between the majai and the mummy army.

I'm with Kyoukimaru.  Lord of the Rings would be the best.  Lego always makes the most popular movies into legos but for some reason they didn't make LOTR into sets.  It was one of the best movie trilogies ever made, so it just doesn't make any sense.

Keep in mind that LEGO likes child-friendly themes.  I would like to see some of these, but somehow, our custom vendors recreate these things so well.

I sooo agree with the Halo, Aliens, and a few others, but here pretty soon brickforge will be selling some spartan armor that looks pretty sweet, and as for the aliens......it may take a while for that to catch on, I myself(and a few others[plastic matt] have made brickbuilt aliens, but who knows
