need help

i live in australia so theres a shortage of lego stores but thats not the problem.i need to know if they sell individual tank treads or in a pack these things http://lh4.ggpht.com/_qlc3ONWfCEY/R9zNYwOAD5I/AAAAAAAAAI4/dpZFTjeoQwo/16032008176.jpg and do they sell minifigs and individual bricks?

Well then, for that I would suggest doing what everyone else has been saying.  Either get them from bricklink or see if a local lego store caries them.

As far as the minfig and individual bricks, some lego stores have this thing called pick-a-brick, and each brick has a price.  Also if it helps you, lego.com has a pick-a-brick where you can get bricks and figs.  Hope that helps;)
