brikwars ideas

my brik wars battle feild lacks something.............hmmmmmm its kind of empty, i have 6 of those big grey base plates lying around and i wanted to make my brikwars battlefeild better, more exiting and some things to hide behind would be great. So if there are any people out there that have some good technics in building stuff or inspiration that would be great^_^

Make some sort of bunker accompanied by a missile silo.  It would rock.  And dang, I haven't been on the forums in about 9 months...  So I'm back. (I go by Will L. on flickr, BTW.)  I play Brikwars alot, and bunkers and fortifications are cool/useful.  And make some 2 storied buildings with areas for snipers.

Yes, the tower is one of the really good ideas that you could find off the movie Saving Private Ryan. Well in the movie it was an old bell tower which to me sounds even cooler.

Hey Coops, you could get barbed wire from the new Agents sets. The only problem is it probably won't be enough barbed wire for you. And I'm not sure if they are selling them on Bricklink.

Ok, just wondering, cause if you used the 100 men, that would be a bit cramped, but lots of mayhem;)  And I agree 100% with PM, the smaller the field the more action, but a big, cool looking field could be just as great;)

If you made a run down hotel with like, three or four(or two, it doesn't realy matter) with chunks of the walls blown out and rooms caved in, then that would make a cool sniper scenario/urban warfare, and it would look reeeeeealy cool!  And, it may even take up a hole base plate plus like, half another one!...or maybe just one;)

Hey, how'bout a downed Helicopter? I did that once, it looked great! (if you do it right it could take up a whole baseplate). Oh and an old building (or maybe a lighthouse!) could work for sniping. Throwing in a mountain with some type of treasure on top would work too.

Sounds good! And yes, any vehicle with parts missing/half destroyed would work wonderfully! A few green bumps build with bricks would also provide some nice cover, another good one is build two adjoining walls with windows missing to make some great bunkers.
