Republic Fighter Tank is so over priced its not funny its $100 AUD

It might have more pieces these newer sets tend to be more complex, it could just be inflation though.....

Hopefully by the time I go to buy, the will have dropped some.

Well, It may be a while before I get my hands on one of these.  I have to save up cause I'm goin on a mission trip to the UK next summer, so unless if the sets are cheaper there, It may be like August before I get that RGS

yeah those old sets were quite expensive... BUT they are SO much better then the new sets (nothing will ever take the place in my heart for those good'ol knights kingdom 1 sets...) I still have a ton of the old episode one sets, the new rgs looks pretty good though...

The classic gunship, the set sold nicely, came with the first super-battledroids and a new jedi I think. I have the pieces of the ship lying around in my little LEGO storage area somewhere.

whatever floats your boat man, but I have to agree; if I had to choose between one of them, I'd definately get the RG, hands down.  I have the first one, but this new one looks pretty sweet.  Plus the clones look pretty cool as well

Now i'm confused, oh well, i'll just follow topic then. I just saw the sets today, shopping for equipment and wandered into a toys r us. I was planning to buy them but I felt a bad feeling in the pit of my wallet, so I decided not to after all.

well, it still is pretty expensive, and by the way commander vlax, I don't realy care about senseless topics, there always fun to comment in;)

Coops mentioned earlier in another post that he was an Aussie, so that's a big difference. So I assume it's Aussie currency.

I indeed see the same prices as Urben Warrior, either way I think the prices are none the less what I expected. This topic dosn't seem very important or useful (to me anyway).
