Avatar Help

Hello, fellow customizers.

I am having trouble with putting my avatar up. I made it on serif, put it in my pictures files, and put the wierd HTML thing in the box on edit my profile were it goes, clicked the "save" button and: " The picture you chose is not an immage" popped up. I  made sure the pic was only 100x100 and under 50 kb.

Hmm, try to find the same or similar picture in google, then copy it to your pictures again, that may help. If that dosn't work let me know.

Thats what I have been

I think I know the problem.

I think I know the problem. Make sure you have the avatar you want it mypictures. Go to edit your profile, there should be a button that says browse. Click that then click on the pick you want and then click save changes on the botom of the screen. If that had nothing to do with what you mean, describe it more.

What your doing wrong is

What your doing wrong is using an internet address for the target file. Click the browse button over to the side of the box and find the image in your picture files in your computer and not on the internet, then upload. It should be there.
