While I am unaware of the character, these decals look pretty nice. I think the necklace is my favorite part, you did a great job on that bit.

My only suggestion for your future decals would be to try started with a bigger template - I use a rather large one myself ([url=http://www.flickr.com/photos/lamanda2/2634506927/in/set-72157602335664376/]Example[/url]) -
The good thing about starting off big is that it's easier to design something on a larger scale, not to mention when you print off the decal in the proper size, it comes out much clearer. : )
