I like the arms the most I think that if you give the rest a little more detail and smooth it a bit you could have a real nice looking fig.

Well, since MCN moved from the old site, I wasn't able to come over here (My dial-up connection didn't agree with the site's speed). But now with things running faster over here, I'm back! :-D

Yeah as they said, try the one mentioned, paint.net. If you are rich enough, adobe illustrator or Corel Draw. Good luck with your decal making; i can't even make one and i've been here for awhile. I'll learn someday though!

Heheh.. I hate it when words get censored like this.

Like the others have mentioned, Paint.net is a great program if you want to get into decals. It's super easy to use (Especially for those who have got a good handle of the MS Paint tools), and will make your decals look much smoother.

Nice decal by the way.

I noticed a problem; MCN is censoring the one thing we dicuss! Try this link, instead.

EDIT:  Well, that hasn't worked either. Try searching in google for "G" "I" "M" "P"and  "a free image editing program".

yeah, I myself use paint.net and it has an extremely simple user interface. If photoshop is more of your forte' try GIMP.

Hmmm...another decal, eh? Interesting. Just some advice, though; it looks a bit sloppy. Try using Drawplus4 or Paint.net; but not MS paint. It's not that good, so you should probably try vector programs or more detailed programs. They're all free, so if you really are interested in decals you probably should give them a go.
