Frustration is a big problem

Ok i bought a New Lego thingy and they left out 27 bricks (i counted) and i posted some stuff on the Lego forums and the said "find some new ones" so i paid 10 dollars on eBay for the bricks. How can they forget to put in bricks?

I have personally had great

I have personally had great experience calling LEGO customer service.  The few piece issues I have had they quickly took care of.

I would try that if you have not already done so.

Did you get it on sale? If it was that could have been the reason it was on sale.

Who was it that told you to buy new ones off the Internet? Was it official staff or just members? Because I'm fairly certain that if you emailed Lego about this they'd do something about it.

You know, I just remembered that once I got a city set that had a chrome silver lightsaber hilt that wasn't even in the instructions. other than the things ive already mentioned, nothing has really been wrong with the lego pieces included in my sets.

They should just put the right picese in the box.

Oh, my. That's VERY

Oh, my. That's VERY strange. The most LEGO pieces ever left out of a set I got was two pieces, and I got them back for free. Thats kinda unfair, no, REALLY unfair. Wich set was it? I't would help me understand if getting those other 27 bricks for $10 was worth it or not.

I had a friend who bought the scorpion palace from the Orient Expedition line and the entire elephant was missing. Thas about...10 or 11 pieces!

I hate being frustrated...
