Help with visors

Is there a way to make hinged Visors that fit into standard lego helmets with the same openning/closing mechanism?

How would you guys make the hinge with an extra flexible sculpey? I was thinking about resin casting them, but I'd have to make a sculpey prototype fisrt and my sculpey's not very reliable anymore
