Minifig Custom

The face plate of the Samurai was made using Lego's Green Goblin's Headgear.

The headgear was cut-up, leaving only the face, with a combination of cutting pliers (a jeweller's saw is preferred) and needle files. Like this:

The cut-up face plate is then attached to the Samurai's helm using any cyano acrylate glue (super glue), using the two edges of the goblin's cheekbones as attachment points.

Spray to finish.
